My work has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences—from teaching students with learning disabilities and improving patient experiences, to leading complex transformation initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar projects, and supporting organisations through systemic cultural and behavioural change.
This grounding in values-led organisations and human experience taught me the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, understanding people deeply, and recognising the patterns, dynamics, and behaviours that often influence performance.
It also shaped my belief that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, challenged thoughtfully, and supported to grow. I help leaders move beyond intention into practical, sustainable action.

Why a Butterfly?
You may have noticed the butterfly within my branding. I chose it because butterflies represent hope, growth, and adaptation that unfolds gradually. In my work, meaningful progress rarely happens through force, pressure, or quick solutions. It develops through increased awareness, stronger judgement, healthier relationships, and the small behavioural shifts that influence how people lead, work, and interact over time.
