For more than 25 years, I’ve worked across complex systems and organisations, designing and leading work that builds capability, shifts behaviour, and creates healthier, more effective ways of working.

And I believe the most effective leadership development is practical, thoughtful, and deeply human—grounded in real work, real relationships, and real complexity.
